By photographing unique personalities, Tomas aims to reveal their true authenticity and emotions. His creative process is based on naturalness – a goal to capture a person’s inner world without artificiality or too much retouching.
More than 20 years of experience allowed Tomas to develop a unique style that focuses on human authenticity. His work is based on being natural: he aims to capture the real inner world and emotions, while purposely avoiding artificiality or too much retouching.
Today, Tomas' name is associated with the most famous people in Lithuania. Brazzi Studios and Brazzi Academy, which he founded, have become important places for creativity and growth for both beginners and professionals.Â
Unique personalities through the lens of Tomas
Tomas Brazinskas photographs unique personalities, the most famous people of Lithuania: models, designers, performers, and influencers. Famous faces such as model and head of Rūta Models Management agency Rūta Bartašiūtė, designer Kamilė Bukauskaitė, "The Roop" lead singer Vaidotas Valiukevičius, magic virtuoso Rokas Magic, and influencer Naglis Bierancas appeared in his shots. In Tomas' work, people's uniqueness and their emotions are revealed, and his photos become timeless.
The story of the beginning of Brazzi
Having discovered photography while still in school, Tomas spent a decade photographing weddings and personal photo sessions. The desire to improve later led him to London, but studies abroad became a completely different lesson.
When he ran out of money even for rent during the second year, Tomas understood what they do not teach in universities: talent alone is not enough. He lacked a clear plan on how to turn his hobby into a sustainable business.
Seeing no future abroad, he returned to Lithuania and founded Brazzi Academy. Here Tomas started to teach what he knew best – to control studio light and to create strong portraits. Shortly after that, in 2015, Brazzi Studios also opened its doors, having grown into one of the largest spaces for creators in the country.
Today Tomas helps photographers to find clarity, a unique style, and to turn a hobby into a successful professional path.
85% of photographers already in the first year give up their dream, because they face competition, do not have their unique style, and burn out. And only 15% of photographers work in this field.
Tomas was no exception: for a decade he photographed everything in a row, without a clear direction trying to understand what it truly means to be a professional. Today, having found all the answers, he helps colleagues not to get lost in the abundance of niches and to confidently discover their unique style.
That is exactly why, together with Reda Bernotaitė, Tomas Brazinskas published the book “Is It for You? A Guide To Discovering Your Ideal Photography Niche”. This is a practical guide for photographers ready to break free from creative chaos and confidently build their business. The book reveals how to match your personality with the right niche, how to focus on working with clients and businesses. This book is a tool that helps to stop guessing and start building a photography career.
BRAZZI ACADEMY
Tomas Brazinskas’ personal experience showed that creativity needs not only strong technical knowledge, but also an understanding of how to present yourself and turn photography into a successful career. Exactly this became the foundation for the 12-month Brazzi Academy program. The book helps to find a niche, and this program helps to consistently turn a hobby into a profession, using a system perfected over two decades.
The program, held in Lithuanian and English, attracts photographers from different fields who want to improve and grow in the professional field. Here, students not only deepen their technical knowledge – from studio light control to professional retouching – but also discover their unique style. This is a practical change that is given meaning by a graduation certificate. Brazzi Academy becomes the space where photography stops being just a hobby and turns into a sustainable profession.

Broncolor ambassador
Since 2026, Tomas is a Broncolor ambassador – one of the most famous lighting companies in the world.
This collaboration happened naturally – through creativity and sharing. Tomas was noticed, and his works inspired the Broncolor team itself.
This is a significant recognition, showing that professionalism and passion for one's work open paths to international recognition.

Tomas actively shares his knowledge and gathered experience with the creative community and speaks about topics important to creators:

- Vilnius Design College (VDK) – commercial photography and retouching.
- Masters of Calm – long-standing creative workshops "One Frame".

Building the Home of Creativity

Seeing what a big impact creative people make in the world, Tomas wanted to inspire them to dream and boldly realize their ideas. He decided to create a space where wide opportunities open up to use professional equipment and all necessary tools. It is a place that allows creators to focus only on the process itself and leave all technical worries aside.
Brazzi Studios aims to become one of the inspiring spaces in Europe, where creative ideas are realized surrounded by a community. In the new 2590 sq. m. building, specialized spaces are set up, adapted for modern photo and video creation. This project will connect creators, form new industry standards, and become a home for shared discoveries.
Currently, we are in the design stage: we plan to get the construction permit in the spring of 2026, start work in the summer, and the final move-in is planned for the autumn of 2027.
